Grand Prize: One winner and guest will receive a three day, two night trip to New York City. Prize will include, roundtrip coach-class air transportation to New York, NY; ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel in New York City; two nights standard hotel; a meet and greet with Project Runway judge Nina Garcia, during which Nina Garcia will review top fashion trends for 2010; a review of Marie Claire’s Fashion Closet with Nina Garcia and a Marie Claire Fashion Editor during which winner and guest will be given fashion and shopping tips; a one day or one night shopping spree with a Marie Claire Fashion Editor, and a hair and make-up makeover, valued at six thousand dollars ($6,000), or, in lieu of the shopping spree/makeover, winner may elect to receive a check for six thousand dollars, made out to the name of the Grand Prize winner only, and a cash prize of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), awarded in the form of a check made out to the name of the Grand Prize winner only. Prize also includes a gift basket of L’Oreal and Garnier products and one signed copy of the book “The Style Strategy,” by Nina Garcia. Approximate Retail Value $22,272.
